As you journey through Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, you will occasionally encounter items or locations that emit a shimmering blue mist. These are known as Faces of the Past. By interacting with these areas, you'll be presented with a simple gesture puzzle. Successfully performing the correct gesture will reward you with valuable items, including useful consumables and additional Red Mercury Essences for acquiring skills.

This statue is located just down the stairs outside Shu Sanctum.
Dialogue: Pay your respects before the God of Shu’s statue to connect with faces of the past.

This statue is situated in Worship’s Rise and can be found by following the path past the tree you kick over to create a shortcut back to the second floor of Shu Sanctum.

This is a vase located on the edge of a cliff in the cave you enter after using the Reverent Temple Key.

This wooden marker is located right by the shortcut ladder that leads back down to the Hillswatch shrine.
Dialogue: The Tomb of the Apothecary; it seems you can investigate the loose mound of dirt.

This shrine is built into a cliffside and can be found by leaving the Snowy Passage shrine, sticking to the bottom route, then crossing a wooden bridge.

This vase is situated on the edge of a cliff near the third beacon tower in Cloudspire Outskirts.

This pinwheel is found beside He Youzai just before the elevator to the Featherfall Marsh in the Bo Capital.

This is a large gravestone located in the area where you face and defeat Zhao Yun in the Mt. Zhenwu region.
